Per team, not per person
The usual platforms charge per user and cap sends with surcharges. CODEX is flat: one fee for your whole company, with your whole team and unlimited sends. Here’s what a five-person team would pay per month:

And the gap grows with every person you add: they charge per seat; you pay one flat fee. For whoever receives your documents, verifying is always free. Sending by link has no limit. The notification emails CODEX sends on your behalf carry a daily anti-abuse cap: 25 on Free, 1,000 on Professional and 3,000 on Firm.

Data in the EU, providers in the open
Your documents and your account are stored in the EU (Amsterdam), under the GDPR. Some providers we use are based in the US (hosting and email): they work under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and we name every one of them in the list of subprocessors.

CODEX publishes an open MCP server: connect Claude, ChatGPT or any compatible assistant and ask whether a document is authentic. It checks the hash against the Bitcoin chain and answers in seconds.

Frequently asked questions
The seal proves a document hasn’t been altered. A “verified issuer” adds that we’ve confirmed whoever issues it controls their domain: your documents show your confirmed identity, not just your name. It’s the difference between being trusted or not.
No one. Verifying is free and unlimited for anyone, always. Only the issuer pays, and only for more volume, their brand and their verified identity.
Yes — cancel from your account anytime and it will not renew. The period you choose is paid upfront (1, 12 or 24 months), so cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account, and whatever’s already sealed stays valid forever.
The Firm plan lets you invite your whole team and create offices to organise work inside your account. If you need separate accounts for each firm in a network, write to hola@aim-codex.ai: today it is solved with one account per firm, and we study it with you.
