The seal proves a document hasn’t been altered. A “verified issuer” adds that we’ve confirmed whoever issues it controls their domain: your documents show your confirmed identity, not just your name. It’s the difference between being trusted or not.
No one. Verifying is free and unlimited for anyone, always. Only the issuer pays, and only for more volume, their brand and their verified identity.
Yes — cancel from your account anytime and it will not renew. Plans are paid upfront (12 or 24 months), so cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account, and whatever’s already sealed stays valid forever.
The Firm plan includes invite your whole team and offices to organise work inside your account. If you need separate accounts for each firm in a network, write to hola@aim-codex.ai: today it is solved with one account per firm, and we study it with you.
