In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following are the details of the owner of the website and of the AIM CODEX service (the “Service” or the “Site”).

AIM CODEX is a SaaS (software as a service) platform to seal, verify and share documents with proof of integrity and of existence at a given date, anchored in a public blockchain through a timestamping protocol. Unlike a purely informative website, the Service is provided by subscription and electronic contracting; the economic and contractual terms are set out in the Terms of service.

3. Terms of use of the Site

Accessing and using the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal notice. Users undertake to use the Site diligently, lawfully and in good faith, and to refrain from:

• Introducing or spreading malicious software, spam or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Sealing, sharing or spreading through the Service documents or content that are unlawful, false, defamatory or infringe the rights of third parties.
• Carrying out actions that damage, overload or disable the Site or its systems, or attempting to access restricted areas without authorisation.
• Using the contents of the Site for commercial purposes without permission.

BIOMAG, S.L.U. reserves the right to limit or deny access to users who breach these terms.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Site (texts, images, design, logos, software, trademarks, etc.) belong to BIOMAG, S.L.U. or to third-party licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other unauthorised use is prohibited. Documents that users create or upload to the Service belong to them; they grant BIOMAG, S.L.U. only the licence needed to provide the Service.

Links to third-party sites are provided for the user’s convenience. BIOMAG, S.L.U. is not responsible for their contents or for any damage arising from accessing them. Any link to the Site from third-party pages must comply with the law and may not suggest sponsorship or approval that does not exist.

6. Operation and liability

BIOMAG, S.L.U. will take measures to minimise interruptions and access errors, but cannot guarantee that they will not occur. Use of the Site is at the user’s own risk. BIOMAG, S.L.U. shall not be liable for damage arising from interference, failures, viruses, interruptions, disconnections or breakdowns caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Where the user acts as a consumer, the jurisdiction that corresponds to them by law shall apply.
